1.1 Ceptorashop is a global‑oriented B2C cross‑border e‑commerce platform operated by Henan Xingduo Cross‑border E‑commerce Co., Ltd., providing product browsing, ordering, payment, cross‑border logistics tracking and after‑sales support. Services cover Android App, web portal and other terminals released in the future. 1.2 This service is available for users aged 18 or above with full civil capacity. Minors under 18 shall use our service under supervision and consent of their guardians. 1.3 We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license for personal non‑commercial use only. You shall not scrape data, resell goods or use the platform for commercial purposes without our written permission.

2.1 You shall provide true, accurate and complete registration information and keep data updated. You are fully responsible for safeguarding your account ID and password. All activities under your account are deemed performed by yourself. Losses caused by password leakage or account sharing shall be borne by you. 2.2 Multiple accounts for brushing orders, fraud or abusing promotions are prohibited. We may suspend or terminate violating accounts. 2.3 You may apply for account cancellation by contacting customer service. After cancellation, you cannot access your historical data; data required by law will be retained accordingly.

3.1 Product price, stock, images and specifications displayed on the platform are for reference only. In case of obvious errors in price or inventory caused by system or supplier reasons, we reserve the right to cancel abnormal orders and notify users. 3.2 Once you submit and pay for an order, a sales contract is formed between you and us. You shall follow platform rules for cancellation, return and refund. Some cross‑border goods are not eligible for free return due to customs and import‑export regulations. 3.3 You shall provide correct delivery information. Losses from incorrect recipient details shall be your responsibility. 3.4 For customs clearance, you may be required to provide government‑issued identification documents. We may cancel orders if required documents cannot be provided. 3.5 Payment services are provided by third‑party payment providers and shall also be governed by their respective terms.

You agree not to: (1) Violate applicable local laws and laws of People’s Republic of China; (2) Conduct fake transactions, fraud or malicious refund; (3) Reverse‑engineer, crawl data or interfere with normal operation of App; (4) Spread spam, insult or harass other users or support staff; (5) Register or place orders by impersonating other persons; (6) Purchase prohibited or restricted import‑export goods; (7) Any other conduct harming legitimate interests of Ceptorashop or third parties. Violations may result in order restrictions, account suspension or termination, and we reserve legal remedies.

5.1 Ceptorashop name, logo, interface, text, images and source code are intellectual property owned by Henan Xingduo Cross‑border E‑commerce Co., Ltd. No reproduction, modification or commercial use is allowed without written approval. 5.2 When you upload avatar, review or other content, you warrant you hold full rights for such material. You grant us royalty‑free, non‑exclusive license to display and use user‑generated content on our platform. 5.3 Third‑party trademarks and pictures belong to their respective owners.

6.1 Your use of service is subject to our Privacy Policy. 6.2 The App integrates third‑party SDKs including JPush, Huawei Push, Alipay, Tencent Bugly. Third parties process data according to their own privacy policies.

7.1 Service may be temporarily interrupted due to system maintenance, network failure, force majeure or customs policy changes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profit or business interruption caused by service unavailability. 7.2 Services are provided on an “as‑is” basis without implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation at all times. 7.3 We handle product quality issues under our after‑sales rules. Damages caused by improper user usage are not our liability.

8.4 Notices will be delivered via in‑app pop‑up, internal message, email or web announcement. 8.5 We may revise these Terms of Service. Revised version will be published inside App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms. You shall stop using service if you disagree with revisions.

9.1 We may suspend, restrict or permanently close your account without prior notice if: you violate these Terms; fraud or fake transaction is detected; security risk is identified; long‑term inactivity. 9.2 After account termination, you lose access to platform service, while existing orders, disputes and liabilities remain valid.

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of People’s Republic of China. 10.2 Any dispute shall first be resolved by friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit dispute to competent people’s court located in Zhengzhou, China. 10.3 Mandatory consumer‑protection laws of your jurisdiction shall prevail where applicable.
