These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Henan Xingduo Cross‑Border E‑Commerce Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Company”), governing your access to and use of the website https://www.ceptorashop.com/ (hereinafter the “Platform”).
By visiting, browsing, registering an account, placing orders or using any functions of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully agreed to abide by these Terms. If you do not accept any clause herein, please immediately cease all use of this Platform.
1. Account Registration and Security
1.1 You may view partial contents of the Platform without registering an account. To submit purchase orders, you need to complete account registration and submit true, accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your name, email address, contact number and delivery address.
1.2 You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. All operations conducted under your account shall be deemed actions performed by you. Please notify us promptly once you discover unauthorized access to your account. We shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of your failure to properly secure your account.

2. User Qualification
2.1 You warrant that you possess full legal capacity to conclude legally‑binding contracts under applicable laws. If you are placing orders on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you hold valid authorization to represent such entity.
2.2 You shall comply with local laws, export‑control regulations and sanctions rules of your residence country/region when using our Platform. It is prohibited to use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Products, Prices and Orders
3.1 Product pictures, descriptions and parameters displayed on the Platform serve only for reference. Minor color or detail differences may exist between actual goods and web‑page display due to shooting lighting, screen effect and production batches. We do our utmost to ensure product information is accurate.
3.2 Product prices shown on the Platform do not include international shipping fees, import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees and other local expenses, unless explicitly marked as DDP or tax‑inclusive. All relevant additional costs shall be borne by you, subject to our Shipping Information.
3.3 After you submit an order, the sales contract shall take effect only after we issue an official order‑confirmation notice to you. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders caused by obvious price errors, stock shortage, risk‑control audit failure or violation of laws.
3.4 Once the order is confirmed, shipment shall be arranged in accordance with our Shipping Information. Please refer to the independent Shipping Information document for delivery scope, processing time, transit period and risk‑transfer rules.
4. Payment Rules
4.1 You shall complete payment by the payment method supported by the Platform within the specified time after submitting your order. Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically by our system.
4.2 All transaction amounts are subject to the amount shown on the order confirmation. Any bank charges, currency conversion fees incurred during payment shall be borne by you.
4.3 If payment abnormality occurs, please contact our customer service in time. We will not be liable for losses caused by third‑party payment service providers.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.5 All texts, images, logos, trademarks, webpage layout and software codes displayed on the Platform are the intellectual property of Henan Xingduo Cross‑Border E‑Commerce Co., Ltd. or our authorized licensors.
5.2 You shall not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or commercially use any content of the Platform without our written permission. Any unauthorized use will constitute intellectual‑property infringement.
5.3 You shall not upload, publish or transmit content that infringes third‑party copyright, trademark, portrait right or other legitimate rights through our Platform. You shall bear full legal responsibility for the content you publish.
6. User Conduct Provisions
When using this Platform, you agree NOT to:
- Violate applicable laws, export‑control regulations and local regulatory requirements;
- Hack, interfere with, disrupt or attack our website system;
- Submit false information, false orders or conduct malicious complaints and fraud;
- Harass our customer‑service staff, spread harmful, discriminatory, violent or illegal information;
- Resell our products in large quantities for speculation without permission.
We reserve the right to restrict access, suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of above provisions.
7. Return, Refund and After‑Sales
7.7 Please inspect goods upon receiving the parcel. For damage, shortage or wrong‑item issues caused by our side, please provide photos and relevant evidence within 7 calendar days after receipt and submit after‑sales application.
7.2 Customized, OEM/ODM, special‑ordered goods are generally non‑returnable and non‑refundable, unless we confirm product quality defects.
7.3 Returned goods must be kept in original condition with original packaging intact. Return shipping cost shall be borne by the responsible party.
7.4 Refund processing time depends on the rules of your payment provider; we cannot control the capital arrival time of third‑party payment channels.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
8.1 We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform running stably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free website service. Service interruption caused by server maintenance, network failure, force majeure is beyond our liability scope.
8.2 We shall not be liable for losses arising from force‑majeure events, including natural disasters, war, epidemic, government regulatory changes, port congestion, customs inspection, strikes and other events beyond reasonable control.
8.3 Under no circumstances shall our total compensation liability exceed the actual payment amount of your corresponding order. We are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, consequential damages.
